Eureka Solo Spitfire Tent

by Jill Oven
(Oregon)

I purchased this tent because I wanted a light backpacking tent at a reasonable price. It is fairly light, about 3 lbs. The tent is not free standing, but it's easy and quick to set up.

There is space to put your boots at the bottom of the tent and a little space above your head. There is also a well sized vestibule for all your gear. I am about 5' 9", and I'm able to stretch out fully without being pushed up against the walls.

Disadvantage: I replaced the steel tent stakes with aluminum ones.

I would definitely recommend this tent for backpacking in the summertime.
