Why build a website

A few years ago a friend of mine gave me a book that was so interesting I couldn't put it down. It was about how you could create your own website with a theme of your own choice. A website that would be easily found when people used search engines like Google or MSN. A website where you could share your knowledge, passion or hobby with other people.

The author's enthusiasm for the topic was infectious.... This book was the trigger for me to start to build my own website. I had no experience, and actually I had no time to do it either...

No easy ride but it's fun

There are a lot of work that goes into building a website. You need to prepare and plan your "Internet project". Get the right tools, etc. However, I have worked at my own pace, as time allows, and I have enjoyed what I have been doing! Could it be better?

Actually, my writing has even more stimulated my passion for backpacking and being outdoors.

Time to get inspiredAffiliate Masters Course

I really recommend you to read this inspiring book called the Affiliate Masters Course. Download it here!(.pdf file). It's free!

*You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read this file. It's free. If you don't have it, first download the Acrobat Reader by clicking here.*

Print it out and settle down in your favorite armchair with a cup Video Tourof tea or the beverage of your choice, or take it with you on your next backpacking trip. It's always easier to absorb valuable information when you are relaxed. I'm sure you will find it as inspiring as I did....

Are you the impatient type? Watch this program.

Writing skillsNetwriting Masters Course

I have got a lot of comments from people contacting me that they can't write. However, there is a help for everything . . . Read the "Netwriting Masters Course". (.pdf file. You need Adobe Reader, see above).

Reminder:

Don't forget that most people are searching the internet for information – useful information. Therefore, if you decide to build your own personally website, go for a niche website with good content.

Questions

Feel free to contact me for any questions. I will do my best to give a good answer. If you don't get an answer immediately, have patience. I'm probably on a backpacking trip.
